Pat Turner of the Lowery Team has gone above and beyond what was expected of my partner's experience in purchasing our Condo in Clayton, Ohio. Adam was very persistent and I mean in a good way! He would check on us monthly while we were deciding on whether we were going to move or stay in our home of 31 years. Once we decided to build our next home, he was there guiding us along the way. When to list our house so that we did not find ourselves homeless while our house was being built. Timing was perfect.

I had Adam as my realtor and Lauren helped me on the closing process. The Lowry team are the best. They walk you through every details of the process. I have worked with Adam and he is the person who is always ready to help as far as he is not busy with different customer. I have called him mornings: days evenings and weekends. He was available for me every single time I needed him. We have seen so many houses during this difficult house market time, but he is the person who never stops helping and educating us throughout the process. This is my first house but I have seen him working hard with my brother last year too. He is the best person to work with. Lauren also helped me throughout the closing process. If you are looking to buy or sell a home there is no better team to work with then the Lowry Team. Prior to meeting my agent Daniel Morales I had been working with another agent I had not been pleased with but the second Me and Daniel meet I knew I had found the guy for the Job! He was attentive to our wants and needs. He listened and was solution based. When a home hit market I always felt we were first to know! He found us the perfect home and between Daniel and Lisa they drove the ship to the finish line even when they had to step out of there lane to correct problems that was at no fault of there own. Daniel went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected and has the ability to negotiate second to none! Lisa was a total Rockstar ensuring the back end of the process went as smoothly as possible! I am a first time home buyer in my early 30's. My home price range is in the mid 100's to low 200's. Matt Field is my realtor and Lisa Lowry is assisting me through the closing process. My closing is later this week. I would recommend working with the Lowry Team because my realtor Matt has been helpful since before we even began the process of looking at homes. I appreciate the care that he took educating me on obtaining a loan, sending me weekly updates on the market, updating me on homes that matched my criteria, and sending educational articles to help me as a first timer! He did all of this at least two months before I was officially ready to start shopping for a home and a loan! Matt was great about being available, he always answered his phone. The housing market is quite fast paced, but Matt was always available. He was even able to schedule us as the first private showings for at least 3 homes! It paid off, we made an offer on the 4th home that we saw. Matt warned that we might be in a multiple offer situation, he was correct! He put together a neat deal for us and we won the war! The closing process is of course much slower than the shopping phase but we still hear from Matt at least once a week. We got introduced to Lisa at this stage and she has been nice and helpful. She also is good at responding quickly to questions and concerns. So far everything has gone smoothly, I have learned a lot, and feel taken care of by the Lowry Team. I feel as though I am being treated like a buyer in the 400K range.

We used Lowry to sell our house and find us a new one. The process from start to finish was smooth and easy. Everyone was very responsive--communication was top notch. Once we got our house under contract and made an offer on another, Lowry handled all of the pre-closing details, they answered every question and anticipated many others. Hopefully we'll be in our new house for a good long time, but if not, and we had to sell again, Lowry would be our first choice.
Buying and selling at the same time is stressful in any normal situation, but adding in a crazy market, and global pandemic offers a unique challenge. Daniel Morales took this challenge and flawlessly exceeded our needs, and wants. If I could give Daniel and the Lowry team a million stars, I would. We started out searching on our own and quickly discovered houses were selling before we even knew they were on the market. Teaming up with Mark Sparks of Keller-Williams' Lowry Team was a game-changer. We got daily emails first thing every morning, listing three or four homes in our area that met our requests and were provided with a phone app that gave us all kinds of info on homes for sale in our target area. Mark was great to work with--he was attentive, responsive, patient, and really had our best interests at heart. He's super-personable, too, so we really enjoyed working with him. Once we found our house, we were introduced to Wendy, our Client Care Coordinator. She was a liason between us and the loan company, inspector, etc., and has been a great resource in transitioning into our new house. We've run into a few snags with the other party, but Mark, Wendy, and Eric all stepped up and stepped in to get everything resolved to our satisfaction. (Mark even interrupted his family vacation to ensure the situation was rectified.) We can't say enough good things about our experience with the Lowry Team, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others
The Real Estate Administrative Team was very helpful in getting us qualified for purchasing a house and Mark made sure we was very happy with the house we found. Total experience from showing the homes till closing was Awesome. It was nice working with Lowry team and especially Adam Wald. I recommend anyone. Adam was never hesitated to show me the homes even on holidays and at also at odd timings. He was able to get the access with in an hour. Talking with lender, taking care of all counter offers as well as the post inspection repairs. It was great working with this team.

From the very beginning of my home search my realtor Jordan Fiore and the Lowry Team were with me every step of the way. With this being my first time purchasing a house there was a lot I needed to learn and they were there for every question I had. I could easily talk to them at any time and they helped me understand every process I had to go through all the way up to my closing and even afterwards. They made sure I was in good hands with a lender, getting my insurance, the house inspection, and more. We have been extremely happy with the Eric Lowry Team! We started a quest over a year ago with Adam Wald our sales representative. He patiently worked with us, usually on short notice, as we lived out of town and were only in our future purchasing area sporadically. No problem. Weekends, mornings and late afternoons and weekday showings occurred flawlessly. We were absolutely sure that Adam had figured out what we were looking for in a home. Finally, the perfect listing showed up. Adam was able to arrange for a showing almost immediately and because he was totally tied up in other business, handed us off to Eric Lowry who showed us the house and prepared the purchase agreement. From there, Adam handled the day to day grunt work and Megan from their office took care of all the fine details working directly with our lender and assisting us with utility hookups as well as arranging for the closing location and logistics. This is the first time we ever worked with a “Team” while buying or selling a house and it was so much better than working with just one individual. We can’t say enough as to how satisfied we have been working with Eric and his team.
Jordan did a great at showing me plenty of homes to make sure I found the right one. Megan did an even better job of making sure the entire transaction was easy and smooth. I appreciate everything the team did for me and look forward to working with them again.

My wife and I worked with The Lowry Team (specifically Adam and Megan) to purchase our first home. It was a wonderful experience! Adam made himself very available and we were able to communicate with him immediately about what homes we were interested in seeing. He gave us all of the data we needed to make informed decisions, and made sure our expectations were grounded in reality. For example, when we saw a house we liked, he let us know how many offers were already made and what we had to do to realistically win the bid; at the same time, he was never pushy about making the bid, and my wife and I felt we were never "forced" into any given house. I simply cannot recommend this group enough! As first time home buyers, we didn't really know what to expect. Daniel and the entire Lowry team have done a phenomenal job of keeping us in the loop every step of the way. We got into every house we wanted to see in the timeframe we requested, and Daniel had wonderful expertise and advice to share whenever we asked, but also gave us plenty of space to have private conversations as well. Truly the best realtor out there! Lisa has also been fantastic with our closing process and has made it so easy. We love the Lowry team and highly suggest it if you want realtors with extensive market knowledge, that help you stand firm on what you want in your contract, and make you feel prioritized and valued each step of the way.
The Lowry Team did an excellent job in both finding us our new home as well as selling our existing home. Adam was our agent throughout the process which started 9 months earlier. He would touch base with us every so often inquiring if we were interested in any particular home, but remained patient when I wasn't ready to commit. I'm sure real estate agents hear "we're just looking" all the time......but we really were looking for a very specific home. We must have viewed over a 1,000 homes via the web and the Lowry website trying to narrow down our options to a handful of possibilities. At the end of May we made the decision to get serious about our search and Adam was right there ready to assist. Once we make up our minds, my wife and I proceed rather quickly with decisions. After a couple of marathon evenings touring houses in desired areas, we were at an impasse between a couple of options. My wife preferred one and I preferred another.........and then "the house" appeared on the Lowry website at 10:00 PM on a Thursday evening. I texted Adam and told him to draw up the offer letter and meet us at the house the next day as we knew it wouldn't last and it had everything we wanted in a new home. I toured the house first and knew it was the right one.......my wife Amy arrived 30 minutes later. I could tell by the look on her face that we'd found the right house! Offer was tendered an hour later and accepted within a couple of hours the same day. We closed 26 days later on our new home. Lisa in the office kept us up to date on every development and was extremely helpful with any request we had. Wouldn't you know that we had a similar experience selling our home via the Lowry Team as well. The house sold the day prior to going live for list price and Adam and Lisa took care of everything. The entire experience with the Lowry Team was smooth and seamless. I would highly recommend their agency to any would-be home buyer/seller. Buying and selling at the same time is stressful in any normal situation, but adding in a crazy market, and global pandemic offers a unique challenge. Daniel Morales took this challenge and flawlessly exceeded our needs, and wants. If I could give Daniel and the Lowry team a million stars, I would. They worked as true professionals, were timely, and informative. Daniel's communication was so appreciated, and he checked in on us for both our home sale, and our move. This was our first time selling a house, and I never felt that I was overwhelmed or not in the know because of how careful the team was with corresponding next steps. This is the second time my mother and I used Eric Lowry for the sale of her home. He did such an amazing job selling her house, there was no one else we even considered when it came to selling her condo. Why? Well, first of all, photos sell. Eric makes sure your property is staged and photographed to show its best. He is skilled at negotiation and contracts, enabling the proper communications between buyer and seller to ensure all needs are met, and any questions addressed. This sale went at warp speed, signing a contract the first week the condo was listed, and closing a week later! We could not be more thrilled with the results!

I am a first time home buyer in my early 30's. My home price range is in the mid 100's to low 200's. Matt Field is my realtor and Lisa Lowry is assisting me through the closing process. My closing is later this week.
I would recommend working with the Lowry Team because my realtor Matt has been helpful since before we even began the process of looking at homes. I appreciate the care that he took educating me on obtaining a loan, sending me weekly updates on the market, updating me on homes that matched my criteria, and sending educational articles to help me as a first timer! He did all of this at least two months before I was officially ready to start shopping for a home and a loan!
Matt was great about being available, he always answered his phone. The housing market is quite fast paced, but Matt was always available. He was even able to schedule us as the first private showings for at least 3 homes! It paid off, we made an offer on the 4th home that we saw. Matt warned that we might be in a multiple offer situation, he was correct! He put together a neat deal for us and we won the war!
The closing process is of course much slower than the shopping phase but we still hear from Matt at least once a week. We got introduced to Lisa at this stage and she has been nice and helpful. She also is good at responding quickly to questions and concerns.
So far everything has gone smoothly, I have learned a lot, and feel taken care of by the Lowry Team. I feel as though I am being treated like a buyer in the 400K range.
